At Mode & Minimal, we’re committed to getting your order into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Once you place your order, our team begins processing immediately, this includes verifying payment, preparing your items, and parcelling everything up for transit. Typically, orders are processed within 2–3 business days; during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order ships, complete with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
We partner with reliable national and international carriers to deliver both domestic and overseas orders. At checkout, you’ll see a selection of shipping options standard ground service, expedited courier, or economy shipping, each showing estimated transit times and costs. Please note that these are estimates: actual delivery times can be affected by weather events, customs inspections, or carrier delays beyond our control.
For domestic deliveries (within India), you can generally expect your package to arrive 5–7 business days after shipment. For international orders, transit times vary widely typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination, import regulations, and local postal services.
International Customs & Duties: All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our item prices or shipping charges. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.
Every shipment is assigned a tracking number. As soon as we hand your parcel to the courier, you’ll receive an email containing a link to track its progress. If you notice any unusual delays, no scans for more than three days, a “return to sender” status, or other red flags, please contact us at info@modeandminimal.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or advise you on next steps.
If your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the carrier returns the package to us, we’ll notify you and arrange reshipment once we receive the return. You’ll be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If your order is marked delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office; if it still can’t be found, reach out to us, and we’ll open an investigation on your behalf.
Finally, for remote or hard-to-reach areas, carriers may apply surcharges or longer delivery estimates. If you have any special shipping requirements such as delivery to a P.O. box, business address with restricted hours, or a remote location, please indicate this at checkout or email us in advance so we can provide the most accurate cost and timing information.
